E-Rate Tip

Your E-Rate application will be processed more quickly if you provide Denise and Brad with entire copies of the bills for which you seek E-Rate funding rather than just the summary pages. This helps the E-Rate reviewers more efficiently determine the eligibility of your funding requests.

2010-11 E-Rate Funding Window

The FY2011 Form 471 application filing window will open at noon EST on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 and close at 11:59pm EDT on Thursday, March 24, 2011.

2011-12 E-Rate Funding Window to Open Soon

The 2011-12 E-Rate funding window will open on January 11, 2011. We will be contacting all school districts that utilize Greenbush's E-Rate Services to file their forms 470, 471, and 486.

New for 2011-12...Greenbush is now offering to file BEAR Forms (Form 472) for school districts that choose to receive their E-Rate discounts as checks.
